Creative Marketing Manager (promin agency)

Promin agency is searching for a Creative Marketing Manager to create ad creatives for META Ads.

What youll do:

• Build a creative team and set up workflows from scratch.
• Research the market and develop ideas for advertising creatives (static, animated, video).
• Stay up-to-date with advertising trends, monitor competitors, and implement new formats.
• Assign tasks to designers, content creators, and video production specialists, ensuring timely execution.
• Analyze creative performance using ad account metrics and optimize accordingly.
• Develop processes for hypothesis testing and scaling successful creatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of top-performing and promising creatives, with clear benchmarks for success rates across static ads and videos (motion, UGC).
• Search for and establish communication with UGC creators, create briefs for them.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Tier 1 markets.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Copywriting skills and the ability to turn ideas into catchy headlines and compelling concepts.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with success metrics for different ad types (e.g., SR%, CTR, CVR) and a proven ability to improve them consistently.
• A track record of creating high-performing advertising creatives.
• Knowledge of marketing-product metrics such as CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROMI, and ROI.
• A clear understanding of how to build processes within a production team.
• A creative mindset, strong self-organization skills, and the ability to generate bold ideas.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Resilience to stress, the ability to handle challenging situations or clients, and skills in addressing objections effectively.
• High level of literacy and the ability to clearly articulate thoughts both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working with creatives for web and app campaigns.
• Skills in hiring and developing specialists, with proven experience leading teams.
• The ability to manage work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
