About the job As a Technical Writer, you will create user manuals for devices and software, prepare technical documentation and articles for the technical support page. All the materials you create will help thousands of our partners around the world understand how the Ajax system works and how to fully unlock its capabilities. Content creation requires the participation of many departments: marketing, R&D, and web development. Therefore, this work involves constant communication and in-depth study of the product, from its components to the principle of operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and verification of technical specifications.
  • Writing web manuals for products for the support site.
  • Preparation of various technical documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Participation in the development and creation of additional support materials and recommendations for users.
  • Creating technical requirements for video/graphic materials.
  • Technical consultations and support for marketing projects.
  • Cooperation with the Certification team to adapt documents to the requirements of standards and regulations.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback to improve technical documentation.
  • Working directly with R&D, PROD, Marketing, and other teams to ensure the consistency and quality of documents.

You should apply if you:
  • Have a solid understanding of hardware and software: you can explain the principle of thermistor operation and know what modulation is.
  • Have over 2 years of experience in professional technical writing.
  • Write excellently in Ukrainian and have English proficiency at Upper Intermediate or higher.
