What You Can Expect :

  • This is a full-time role for as Project Logistics Specialist in Kyiv, Ukraine
  • Liaise with subcontractors and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Clouse relationship with carriers to analyse various transport options to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the type of good.
  • Calculate transport budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Develop commercial offers for official project tender bids.
  • Oversee and manage both international and domestic transport operations.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork related to transport and logistics.
  • Execute administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Quick and efficient problem solver, in case of any arising challenge during transportation process.

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency in English, advanced level for full-scale international communication, both written and spoken
  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in or knowledge of international transport and foreign economic relations.
  • We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual who can work independently after learning our systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication abilities, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility.
