Requirements:
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and fluency in Czech.
  • Experience in Business Development or related.
  • A passion for client interaction and stellar communication skills across various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, messaging apps).
  • Analytical mindset to refine and enhance your sales approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with top-tier companies like Google, Zendesk, Asana, Hubspot, Microsoft, Okta, GitLab, Miro.
  • Result-oriented drive.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle Inbound and Outbound leads.
  • Identify and engage ideal customers.
  • Communicate with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate Demo discussions with potential clients.
  • Document client interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams.
  • Achieve and surpass KPIs.

Would be a plus:
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation.
  • Background in B2B, IT solutions, or Fintech.
  • Multi-language skills, including Ukrainian.
