About the role: Due to the increasing volume of tasks, we are looking for a Financial Manager who will become a valuable addition to our finance team.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Managing the accounting and financial operations of company projects.
  • Recording financial transactions (accounts, expenses, revenue).
  • Processing timesheets and work logs from Jira for accurate data analysis.
  • Preparing operational reports using ERP systems (Odoo).
  • Communicating with project managers and clients financial teams on financial matters.
  • Preparing information and drafting primary documents for accounting purposes.

Your professional qualities::

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Manager or Operations Specialist in IT companies (product or service-based).
  • Practical experience in accounting, including client and vendor settlements, expense management, reporting, and asset tracking.
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills (business correspondence, cross-departmental communication, etc.).
  • A desire to learn and grow with the company.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in accounting or financial management of projects, including long-term contracts.
  • Experience with the ERP system Odoo and/or Jira.
