What Youll Do:

  • Actively source candidates.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews with AI assistance.
  • Coordinate technical and final interviews.
  • Maintain and update our candidate database.
  • Handle job offers, NDAs, and contracts.
  • Support new hires through onboarding and adaptation meetings.
  • Track recruitment metrics.
